Precon removed deteriorated and disintegrated concrete from substructure bent caps, columns, and struts in reasonably close conformity with the lines, depth, and details shown on the plans. Work also included cleaning reinforcing steel, removing all loose materials, removing and disposing of debris, and applying shotcrete.
